Step 1 : Open up settings app

Step 2 : Select the "About phone" option

Step 3 : Tap on "Build Number" 7 times

Step 4 : Head back to the Setting app, at the bottom you should see the option for developer options

Step 5 : Open up developer options and enable USB debugging.
